Teletherapy can be be a better option for those with childcare needs, busy schedules, or have distance as a barrier. I use a simple, secure, and HIPAA compliant platform called "Telehealth by SimplyPractice" to provide online counseling sessions. . All you need is a computer with a camera and mic, internet access, and a location you don't mind having therapy.
