MEET TIFFANY
LCPC, AMFT, CADC
Owner/Clinical Therapist at Soul City Therapy, LLC.

Hey! I'm Tiffany, the Therapist. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and an Associate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), licensed in Illinois. I am also a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC).

My personal mission is to help guide you into greater awareness and deeper healing, so you can make the best decisions for yourself. I am passionate about helping YOU live fully and fearlessly!
My belief is that God has given each one of us purpose, but sometimes it may be hidden or muddled by some of our "baggage". The good news is that you're probably a few decisions away from living more fully.
Things happen in our lives that are sometimes outside of our control, while other things are the outcome of choices. No matter the circumstance, I want you to grow
SOUL. BODY. SPIRIT.
Let's get rid of shame, fear, and those storylines that no longer serve us well!
Let's walk in grace, get clear about our desires, build healthy relationships, and live our lives on purpose.
The world has been waiting on you to
LIVE and LOVE passionately!

I am a proud Chicago-native, with nearly a decade of combined social service and clinical work. I provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families, having years of specialized training in working with couples, families, trauma, and substance use. I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Oral Roberts University, my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University, and a graduate certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from Adler University. I also currently serve as an adjunct professor in the graduate counseling program at Roosevelt University.

Tiffany, the regular person:
On a more personal note: Two of my favorite things are morning protein shakes and nighttime brownies, feel free to judge me. I'm presently trying to eat healthier(less carbs and less sugar) and cook more of my food. My goal is to run at least 8 miles a week in the midst of my circuit training class, we'll see how that goes. I try to balance my life between deep conversations, volunteering with youth, teaching, family time, hilarious jokes with friends, and thinking of better ways to help serve people.
